Terms of Service
Article 1 - Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationships between Sourcekod and its clients for web development, application development and IT audit services.
Article 2 - Quotes and orders
All services are subject to a free prior quote. The quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. The order is considered firm and final after written acceptance of the quote by the client and payment of the planned deposit.
Article 3 - Prices and payment
Prices are expressed in euros excluding taxes. A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required upon ordering. The balance is due upon delivery or according to the agreed schedule. Any late payment will result in the application of late payment penalties equal to 3 times the legal interest rate.
Article 4 - Completion times
Completion times are given as an indication and do not constitute a firm commitment. However, Sourcekod undertakes to implement all means to respect the agreed deadlines.
Article 5 - Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, the transfer of ownership of the developments carried out only takes place after full payment of the service. Sourcekod reserves the right to mention the work carried out for referencing purposes.
Article 6 - Confidentiality
Sourcekod undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the information communicated by the client within the framework of the service.
Article 7 - Liability
Sourcekod's liability is limited to the amount of the service concerned. Sourcekod cannot be held responsible for indirect damages suffered by the client.
Article 8 - Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing agreement, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
